So, it's done we have launched! It's been a pretty intensive few months as we've finalised the website, legal structure & our shop. All at a trusty snail's pace.
We wanted to create an easy go-to place where you could find all the free downloads that are distributed throughout the website. The big kahuna link is the GOOGLE DRIVE PUBLIC LINK where everything is stored in the magic cloud.
One of our key missions in L.I.V.E. (Legislate, Investigate, Ventilate and Educate) is Education & as an advocacy org, raising awareness is a key factor. Especially due to the dearth of public health messaging about Long Covid. So what's in the folder?!
Letters
So our first section is our LETTER TEMPLATES. All of these can be found on our TOOLKIT page on the snazzy new website. It can be hard to find all the references & for each individual to try to deal with the system so we've done the work for you. We have templates to:

Stickers
We have designed & prepped for printing a series of STICKERS for Corsi Rosenthal Boxes (these are awesomely powered air filters). One of the key problems of the boxes in schools is that they are often turned off. Increasing knowledge of what they do will hopefully improve engagement. Each strip in the image is a sticker. We have Rosi our clean air campaigner leading the way as mascot. Each sticker is in RGB (digital) & CMYK (printing)colour profiles. We have found Supersize Print will print these sizes.
Covid Emergency Reinfection Boxes
Many of us face significant risk with reinfection due to Long Covid or other clinical vulnerabilities. But let's face it repeated infection is good for no one - each infection leads to physiological changes (not for the better) & is a spin of the roulette wheel. This means that as soon as Covid is in the house some of us might need to isolate quickly. That means being prepared in advance. To help you do this we have devised a CHECKLIST - COVER - REFERENCES to help you R.I.V.E.R - Rest, Isolate, Ventilate, Emergency Box & Reduce viral load. There are two boxes - one called the X-Men Box which is for those that need to isolate but have access to household facilities. The second, the Superman/Wonder Woman box, is for anyone who needs to be in complete isolation even from household members in a separate part of the house. For more details see our box webpage.
Leaflets
Here we have a FACEMASK REQUEST leaflet for your health care practitioner. It can be tricky to verbally ask someone in authority to mask - so we've done it for you. You can just hand this leaflet and hey even a spare mask to them to help protect you & your family. We will have more leaflets on the way. If there's any that you think would help you let us know in the comments. They are in RSB (digital) & CMYK (print) formats.

Medical Notes Cover
We have created digital & printable medical notes that you can fill in for a folder. This is available in our ETSY SHOP. Yet we have made a FREE COVER for you to download for any folder that you have. IN RGB (digital) or CMYK format. This is primarily to help you organise your notes & medical history so you can be prepared for appointments, track your health & help in any research or benefits claims. Having your details all in one place can help decrease the cognitive load & PEM. There are over 20 printable inserts including a supplement tracker, symptom tracker, medical history, about me, treatments, appointment summary, healthcare providers, Covid history, vaccinations, budget etc. All profits from this binder go to biomedical research - we donate to Polybio and ME Research UK.

We also have a series of other advocacy items that help raise awareness & get the word out. These are for Long Covid, ME/CFS & for a wider sense of Advocacy in general. There are, on their way soon, T-shirts, hoodies, mugs & stickers. Our trifold brochures are rather fab at helping too & we've designed some for Patients, Friends & Family & HCPs. All of these will be available soon in our ETSY SHOP. We've designed & produced these to help us be self-sufficient & to support biomedical research in Long Covid & ME/CFS. All of our profit goes to Polybio & ME Research UK as we are a non-profit & a social enterprise. Please do have a look & see if anything takes your fancy. Brochures can only be distributed to friends, family & HCPs - we do not give permission for them to be open source online anywhere (we can track this). Please note that a lot of work has gone into these projects & we have produced them to support LCA & to raise money for biomedical research into Long Covid & ME/CFS. We will investigate legal action for any breach of copyright. We are trusting you to respect the integrity & intention of these products by not taking advantage & not being a cretin.
